This privacy policy (the "Policy") informs visitors of the smartwallsystems.hu website (the "Website"), operated by Smart Wall Systems Kft. (the "Controller"), and natural persons contacting the Controller through the Website (the "Data Subject") about the processing of their personal data, in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Hungarian Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

The Controller is not required to appoint a data protection officer; privacy enquiries can be sent to the email address above.
2. Data processed, purposes, legal bases and retention
2.1. Contact form
By completing the form on the "Contact" page, the Data Subject provides the following data:
- name (required),
- email address (required),
- phone number (optional),
- company name (optional),
- subject and text of the enquiry (required),
- time of submission and technical data (IP address, browser type – in the server log).

Upon submission the Controller sends an automatic confirmation email to the address provided. The message is delivered to the Controller's info@smartwallsystems.hu mailbox and to the Google (Gmail) account used by the Controller's managing director.
2.2. Server log files
When the Website is viewed, the hosting provider's server automatically records the visitor's IP address, time of visit, page viewed, browser and operating system type and referring page. These data are not directly linked to the identity of the Data Subject.

2.3. Contact by email or phone
If the Data Subject contacts the Controller via the email address or phone number shown on the Website, the data provided (name, contact details, content of the enquiry) are processed for the purpose, on the legal basis and for the period described in section 2.1.
3. Cookies
The Website is a static site and uses only cookies that are technically necessary for its operation; the Controller does not place marketing or tracking cookies. The Website currently does not use any analytics service. Should this change, analytics cookies will be activated only with the prior, explicit consent of the Data Subject via a cookie banner, and this Policy will be updated accordingly.
When the Google Map embedded on the "Contact" page loads, Google LLC may set its own cookies and collect data about the visitor's device. See Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Processors and recipients

Beyond the above, the Controller does not disclose personal data to third parties unless required by law (e.g. official requests). When using Google services, data may be transferred to servers outside the European Union (USA); Google LLC is a certified participant of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of protection under the adequacy decision pursuant to Article 45 GDPR.
5. Data security
The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, password-protected accounts, access restriction, spam filtering) to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, transfer, disclosure, deletion or destruction.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR the Data Subject may request from the Controller:
- access to the personal data processed and information on the circumstances of processing;
- rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data;
- erasure ("right to be forgotten") where the purpose has ceased, consent has been withdrawn, or processing is unlawful;
- restriction of processing in the cases set out in Article 18 GDPR;
- data portability: receiving data processed by automated means on the basis of consent or contract in a structured, machine-readable format;
- objection to processing based on legitimate interest.
Where processing is based on consent, the Data Subject may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. The Controller responds to requests without undue delay and in any event within one month of receipt. Requests may be sent to info@smartwallsystems.hu or by post to the Controller's registered office.
7. Remedies
If the Data Subject believes that the processing of their personal data infringes the GDPR, they may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:

The Data Subject may also bring an action before a court against the Controller; at the Data Subject's choice the action may be brought before the regional court of their place of residence.
8. Changes to this Policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Policy unilaterally. The current version is always available on the Website; material changes will be announced by a notice published on the Website.
