Aluminium-framed doors – centred single glass / KDEC doors
Aluminium-framed door with centrally positioned 12.76 mm laminated single glass. Door thickness 40 mm. Can be fitted with various door hardware models per project. Rw = 36 dB.
05 — Product category
QbiQ aluminium-framed doors are fitted with one or two layers of acoustic laminated glass. The laminated glass ensures that the framed door delivers better acoustic performance. Framed doors up to 100 mm wall thickness are possible. Besides framed doors, tempered glass doors and closed doors in HPL, wood or steel are also available.
Fittings
Almost every QbiQ door can be fitted with one — and some types with two — drop seals. The rubber seal drops from the bottom of the door and presses onto the floor, preventing sound from passing under the door. For even better acoustic performance QbiQ doors can be ordered with double rebate seals.
